Fifteen tables run all day at the Summit, thirty minutes each, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Find the person you want to meet in the app, send them a meeting request, and come to the meeting area on the day.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them happen on the day.

The room is only as useful as the conversations you plan. Everything below happens in the app, before you arrive.

Find them in the app

Browse everyone who is coming, see what they do and what they are working on, and pick the people you want to sit down with.

Tap Let’s Meet

Open their profile, send a meeting request and agree a time between you. Between sessions, over lunch, late in the afternoon — the tables are open all day.

Come to the meeting area

Walk up together at your time and find your table. Someone from our team is there all day if you need a hand.

Before you arrive

Every ticket comes with the Summit app.

Sign in with the email address on your ticket and the whole attendee list is there — who is coming, what they do, and a way to reach them.

Meeting requests only work in the phone app, so the browser version is for browsing rather than booking.

Fifteen tables, thirty minutes each.

They run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, right next to the main room. No booking form and no schedule to keep track of — you agree a time in the app and show up.

Worth knowing

A few things that keep it moving.

Thirty minutes is the limit

Be on time and wrap up on time. The next pair needs the table.

No booking needed

Tables are first come, first served on the day. You only agree the time with the person you are meeting.

If all fifteen are busy

Wait a couple of minutes. Thirty-minute meetings turn over quickly.

Come with something specific

The best meetings start with a clear ask: a first customer, a clinical partner, capital, an introduction.

Tickets are open, and the attendee list grows every week. The earlier you are in the app, the more of the room you get to choose from.
